Columbia University’s Living Architectural Lab’s Living Light is a permanent outdoor light sculpture in Peace Park in Seoul, Korea that displays information about local air quality. What’s Your Favorite Bioluminescent Critter?

The Huffington Post has posted a nice little slide show of critters that produce light using a bioluminescent process. The sea cucumber is beautiful to watch, but my vote for favorite went to the firefly. I grew up on a farm watching them light the field like moving sparks. Check it out here.
