The Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) has announced a call for speaker proposals for the 2022 IES Street & Area Lighting Conference (SALC), which will be held October 10-13, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, TX.
LightFair Connect, the virtual, on-demand library of conference sessions from LightFair 2021, launched today, offering 27 sessions – with 32 available CEU credits – to continue the return of industry-wide education across lighting categories leading up to LightFair 2022.

Amid the escalating COVID-19 positivity rate and increased travel restrictions, the Illuminating Engineering Society’s Street and Area Lighting Conference Committee recently announced that the 2021 Street and Area Lighting Conference (SALC) will not take place in-person, and instead will be hosted in a completely virtual format.
The Illuminating Engineering Society will present, “Well-Lit for Well-Being in Hospitals The Connection Between Quality Light and Enhanced Health Care Environments” on September 23, 2021 at 12 PM Eastern Time.
