Product Monday: Ranger Pro & Scout Pro Landscape Luminaires

EmeryAllen is best known as a manufacturer of higher performing LED specialty lamps for the decorative lighting industry. Think JA8 lamps for CA Title 24, dim-to-warm lamps, multicolored MR16s, E12 base, E17 base, G9 base, GU10 base, etc. So it is notable that their latest two products are professional-grade landscape luminaires, the Ranger Pro (left above) and Scout Pro (right above). These aren’t designed for the consumer market, but instead the professional landscape contractor.

Notable features include:

  • they are forged from solid brass for long service life
  • stone tumbled to create a quicker patina
  • flexible mounting accessories: shingle mount, gutter mount, ground stake, cowl hood
  • variable potentiometer enables lumen output control on each luminaire
  • Scout Pro small form factor permits recessing in decks, under handrails, hiding in flowerpots
  • replaceable lenses for 18, 24, 36, or 60 degree beam angles
  • IP68 rating keeps out water, dust, and dirt
  • 95+ CRI for excellent color rendering
