Two weeks ago, inside.lighting ran a one-paragraph mention about a new lighting controls trade show and conference being launched, called NYControLED. The preliminary date is November 14th, 2023, to be held at Metropolitan Pavillion, in Manhattan, NYC. The show is being launched by IESNYC and DLFNY, which manages LEDucation.
As of 4/9/23, no website nor other information about NYControLED existed online, other than the March 31stparagraph on inside.lighting and a link to a preliminary brochure, pictured above. This brochure indicates that there’ll be no admission fee for attendees, and identifies four members of an advisory board for the show. The preliminary brochure can be found here.
LightNOW tried reaching out to the primary contact for the show, but received no response, as of 4/13/23. LightNOW plans to provide updates on NYControLED, as more information becomes available.
