The DesignLights Consortium (DLC) recently launched an online Qualified Products List (QPL) for networked lighting controls, making it easier and faster to find products. The new tool is the DLC’s latest effort to broaden adoption of energy-saving and smart building-enabling networked lighting control technologies.
Like the online QPLs for solid-state lighting and horticultural luminaires, the new networked lighting control QPL takes data from the DLC’s previous Excel-based networked lighting conrols list and converts it to an online, filterable and searchable tool.
“With this new tool, QPL users can narrow the list to view only NLC products with the features they’re interested in,” DLC Executive Director Christina Halfpenny said. “Our goal is to simplify the process of selecting NLC products as we seek to speed widespread adoption of this game-changing technology.”
