The Department of Energy’s Solid-State Lighting program has announced that it is sponsoring a free workshop on LED lighting in Dallas on Sunday, August 15.
Presented by Dr. Jack Curran of LED Transformations, the workshop will cover “LED lighting basics and help separate fact from fiction, taking a no-nonsense look at how and where LED lighting can help reduce energy usage,” according to a promotional email from DOE.
The DOE workshop is being held in conjunction with GovEnergy, the premier energy training trade show for federal agencies, but attendance is open to all.
