Weissbard, this meant blending architectural retail lighting with theatrical lighting to create an experience that could range from matching simple daylighting to something that’s more theatrical and colorful at night.
An original LED control system, by Zumtobel, was created for the project, including a touch panel display for ease of use when controlling the LED fixtures, enabling simplified employee control including both theatrical and architectural lighting effects. Store employees can select from six pre-set sequences to instantly change lighting colors and movements, thereby changing the store’s ambiance and creating a variety of moods and tones for the space.
