They seek a seasoned engineer to manage all Lighting Controls techonologies and:
• Lead development and execution of Lighting Controls technology road map to deliver innovative, industry-superior products that drive increased market share
• Provide management and oversight of a growing team currently comprising 12 engineers and technicians
• Spearhead technical trade analysis and provide recommendations to the business on technical development and competing and future technologies
• Drive innovation and recommend new product funding
• Offer mentoring and technical training to the team
• Provide technical reports of findings and innovations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Implement Energy Efficiency, Smart Building and Green Building concepts and technologies into product line
• Assure quality, thoroughness, cost-effectiveness and timeliness in technical innovation
Ideal candidate will hold related experience and degree/s in Electrical or other engineering disciplines. Competitive compensation and full relocation if required.
