The New York City Section of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IESNYC) is preparing to announce the long-awaited results for the 10th Annual NYC Student Lighting Competition at the Exhibition Opening and Reception on March 2, 2010.
What: “Liminal Luminosity,” 2010 NYC Student Lighting Competition
When: Tuesday March 2, 2010
– Exhibition Opening and Reception: 6-7 PM
– Keynote Address and Awards Presentation: 7-8 PM
Where: The Helen Mills Theater and Event Space, 137 West 26th Street, New York City
The evening will feature a keynote address from Charles G. Stone II, IALD, IES, PLDA, LC, LEED AP. Stone is president of Fisher Marantz Stone, a 25-person lighting design studio located in the Flatiron District in Manhattan that has designed lighting for more than 3,500 projects.
