Ben Livingston has been invited to demonstrate and discuss his ground-breaking process of utilizing mineral phosphors in glass art in the 39th annual Glass art conference in Corning NY. He is one of 39 glass art demonstrators invited from across the globe. The conference is open to Glass Art Society members only and expects attendance of nearly 3,000 people.
This year’s conference will focus on the innovative methods being implemented in the world of Glass Art utilizing different techniques and materials.
Livingston invented a revolutionary process of glass making in which he utilizes mineral phosphors to get a wider range and succession of color within the glass. He will be discussing this process.
Livingston has worked as a neon artist in Austin, TX for the last 20 years.
